Made one of these for my daughter's luggage, it's going to be a gift at her Bon Voyage party so I don't know if she likes it yet but I think it looks great! Will know more after it's used but it seems durable and the printing it just as I expected.

Looks like what was designed on the screen. Hard plastic, not going to rip. Durable leather strap.

I like the strap but I'm hoping it doesn't come off during handling since it's a snap.

The hole wasn't in the same spot as the picture, so it cut through our address.

It took a bit of time to get used to the program to create the item. It is not super user-friendly; it takes a little too much time to create the products. However, the luggage tags that I did received are great. They are of a heavier material and brightly printed colours. The back and front are covered in a raised "bubble-like" coating. Very nice. My one hesitation is the closure. It is a snap close, which I am concerned may come off if used as a travel tag. I would prefer a buckle or loop so that I know it was not coming off.

When I opened the package I was surprise at how well the items were packed and protected. When I opened the first double sided luggage tag I was very impression with the thick clear coat over the image on both sides. The design and layout were perfect and matched my design when ordering. I ordered these as gift for my friends and family, when they received them, ALL of them called me to ask how I had these made with my images and their names on the back. Everyone was impressed. Once again the Artscow color match was spot on. The image and lettering were perfect. The clear coat over the images will last for many years and provide protection. Item is well made and looks to be able to with stand life on a luggage bag. These tags really stand out and will have all your friends ordering from you!

Leather strap needs to be a buckle and not a snap in order to ensure it does not get popped off by the airport luggage handlers.
